Complaints Procedure

We want our students and all who come into contact with the Concord School to enjoy their class and all services provided by the school. If you have any complaints about anything that the school has provided:

• Please talk to a member of the administrative staff
• You may also speak to the Director of Studies and the General Manager
• If your complaint cannot be resolved immediately, you may be asked to put this in writing and give the complaint to the Secretary, Director of Studies or General Manager

We hope that in the end the problem will be solved by mutual consent.
