What YOU must do

Complete the application form below:

and send it to the school with:

• the registration fee of 50 €
• a deposit of 60 €
• two passport size photographs
• the accommodation booking fee of 40 €
• one week's accommodation fee as deposit

THE REGISTRATION AND BOOKING FEE AND THE DEPOSIT ARE PART OF THE TOTAL PRICE YOU WILL PAY AND NOT AN EXTRA PAYMENT. We will deduct your deposit payment from the total amount you have to pay. You should pay this remaining amount at least 2 weeks before you arrive at the School. Please enrol as early as possible so we can have time enough to process your application and to find you the right type of accommodation.

What WE must do

When we have received your application form and the initial payments, we will send you:

• a letter confirming your booking
• an invoice
• information about your accommodation

If we cannot accept your application, we will offer you an alternative or refund your registration fee and deposit(s). Once your booking has been accepted, your registration fee and deposit(s) will not be refunded.

How to pay

The prices quoted are full payment in advance for course fees and accomodation fees. Payment should be received two weeks before your arrival date. All payments must be in Euros.

There are several ways in which you can pay for your tuition fees and accommodation:

• By cash direct to the school
(DO NOT SEND CASH TROUGH THE POST).
• By a cheque drawn on a Serbian bank payable to Concord Language School
• By Commercial Bank Belgrade transfer to Concord Language School (ASK FOR INSTRUCTIONS)
